1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the baij99 website accessible at baij99.vip, including all associated pages, features, and services.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the baij99 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by baij99 that are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means a financial stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or outcome offered by the Platform.
• "Payment Methods" means the supported deposit and withdrawal channels, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" means UTC+6, the standard time zone applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the baij99 platform, completing the account registration process, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• You have read and understood the baij99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• All information provided by you during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are using the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other person who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity. Use of the Platform in any manner constitutes acceptance of these terms.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to open and use a baij99 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You have not previously had a baij99 Account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee or contractor of baij99.
• You are accessing the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only.

baij99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held in the Account.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one Account on the baij99 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid date of birth confirming you are aged 18 or above.
• A valid and active email address to which you have sole access.
• A mobile phone number registered in your name (used for account security and payment verification).
• A preferred payment method linked to an account or wallet registered in your own name.

baij99 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts. You may be asked to provide copies of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification to verify your identity and age. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. baij99 will never ask you to disclose your password by email, telephone, or any other communication channel.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, even temporarily.
• You must notify baij99 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify baij99 of any unauthorised access.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your baij99 Account and update it periodically.

baij99 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections to protect data in transit. However, you acknowledge that no security system is entirely infallible and that baij99 cannot be held liable for unauthorised Account access that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

baij99 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and select other methods listed in the cashier section of the Platform. Supported methods may change from time to time; the current list is always shown in your account cashier.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed in real time in most cases. Processing times may vary depending on network conditions of the relevant Payment Method provider.
• baij99 does not charge fees on deposits, but your Payment Method provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same Payment Method used for the most recent deposit, to prevent money laundering.
• baij99 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours under normal operating conditions, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Withdrawals may be delayed pending security or identity verification checks. baij99 will notify the Player if additional verification is required.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable directly. Only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements on Bonus Funds may be withdrawn, subject to the specific bonus terms applicable.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

baij99 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the following general bonus rules:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and KYC verification.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on the game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using Bonus Funds on ineligible games may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• baij99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that active bonuses already credited to a Player's Account will be honoured subject to their stated wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or coordinating with other Players to exploit bonus terms — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the baij99 platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market:

• Once a bet has been confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where an explicit cash-out feature is available and active for that bet.
• baij99 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, system glitches, or data feed failures.
• In the event that a sporting event is suspended, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules published for that sport in the Platform's sports betting rules section.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may change without notice.
• baij99 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination bet at its sole discretion.
• Any suspected match-fixing, cheating, or use of automated betting systems (bots) will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account.

For cricket betting specifically, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments, the following additional rules apply: in-play bets are accepted until the ball is bowled for that delivery; any bets accepted after a result has been determined will be voided.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the baij99 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and/or forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or using more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic or age restrictions using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering through the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing baij99 staff or other users of the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent on behalf of third parties.

10 Responsible Gaming

baij99 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide Players with a suite of responsible gaming tools to help maintain control over their gaming activity. These include deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. All tools are accessible from the Account settings section.

Players who elect to self-exclude will have their Account access suspended for the duration specified. During a self-exclusion period, baij99 will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that no marketing communications are sent to the excluded Player. 11 Intellectual Property

All content on the baij99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of baij99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any way exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of baij99.
• The baij99 name, logo, and all related marks and designs are trademarks of baij99. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use these marks.
• Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used under licence by baij99.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baij99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, baij99 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered on it.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game outcomes that result from technical malfunctions of third-party game providers.
• Any financial losses resulting from bets placed in error by the Player.
• Any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. baij99 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted availability.

13 Privacy & Data

baij99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding your data include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• baij99 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment credentials (such as your bKash or Nagad PIN) are never stored on baij99 servers. Payment transactions are processed through the respective payment gateway providers.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal obligations that may require baij99 to retain certain records.

14 Amendments

baij99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, baij99 will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the baij99 platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 15.

The date at the top of these Terms & Conditions indicates when they were last reviewed and updated. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

15 Termination

Termination by the Player: You may close your baij99 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon request for closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered Payment Method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

Termination by baij99: baij99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Any conduct that baij99 reasonably considers to be harmful to the Platform, its users, or its integrity.

In cases of termination for cause (including but not limited to fraud or breach of terms), baij99 reserves the right to forfeit any balance — including real-money funds — held in the Account, subject to applicable legal requirements.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which baij99 operates.

Any disputes arising between you and baij99 that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by baij99's operating jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
